I do have a note about Patreon of a meaning to share for months now because I'll get

an email every time someone signs up.

And I started getting emails where people were like signing up like six times in a row. And that doesn't sound right.

And I've determined that what's going on is that people will try to sign up and like say that their payment gets rejected and then they'll

try again. And every time they try, I get an email, even though it's not completing on their end.

And the problem seems to be that whenever they're, if they like have a change in credit card or

whatever, they need to change their payment method

um what'll happen is usually that they'll stop they'll lose the podcast like that you know they'll get a new card they won't think about hey this is one of the other fucking million subscriptions i need to change my card over so So they'll get to, it'll stop, you know, it'll kick them off because the payment didn't go through.

And then they'll try and sign up with a new thing and it won't work.

What you need to do is if you go into your billing history on patreon.com, there's a button

that says, like, retry, and then it'll let you type in your new information.
