Talking to him about this yesterday and I said, hey, you know, maybe I'm 30 years away from that, 35. What are some things I need to be concerned about? He had a lot to say, though. Some of the big retailers is we're heading towards the holidays.

They don't want people just to sit there on and order stuff on Amazon.

They want you to come on into the brick and mortar store.

So Target has some new folks that are in charge and they said

this is what they would like people to do that are working in the stores they have a new policy

it's called the 10 for policy and i want to get your thoughts 10 9 uh yeah 10 4 10 9 and 10 code means

you're supposed to repeat yourself so anyway here's policy. It says the new policy requires employees who are within 10 feet of customers to smile. This is from the USA Today. If you're within 10 feet, you have to smile. You have to make eye contact. You have to wave and you have to use friendly, approachable, and welcoming body language. Uh-oh. Also, if you're within four feet,

then you must. You must personally greet the guest, smile, and initiate a warm,

helpful interaction. If you're within two feet, you're supposed to give them a hug and a kiss

on the lip. Exactly. This is pretty crazy. Can I just say I've heard of this policy before? When I heard it, it was called being a human being. Oh, that's nice. Timeout. Your thoughts on the 10-4 policy. I am going to push back on this. Here's the thing that extroverts always do. Extroverts think that everybody likes to be like them.
