I'm doing great. I'm a little sleepy. Try to wake up. Time change. Hitting you hard. I worked extra this weekend. I have a poor girl I

work with who's been going through going through it. Her husband's now been in the ICU three

times since the beginning of February. Wow. He keeps having accidents.

And so I've been working a lot extra and I end up working extra Friday night and then I just

didn't sleep well. I think my body's telling me it doesn't want to be a night worker anymore. I don't

sleep well during the day anymore. Yeah. It also could be that I stay with my friend and she does not

sleep. She doesn't sleep. Well, luckily for her, she has a position she actually sleeps at work.

Okay. So then she doesn't have to sleep all day while I'm sleeping at her house. And so she's always up

like vacuuming over my head and cleaning stuff and dragging ladders around

because she's like never stops. She's like the Energizer Bunny. And so I don't know, I really don't

know how much of my not sleeping on the weekend lately is that she's always so busy. I sleep at her

house or if my body just doesn't like sleeping during the day anymore. Well, you know, our circadian rhythm is important.
