Good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro from the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And today we are going to talk about a pain point that everybody is bringing to my attention right now. And that is the growth of Instagram. Instagram is my favorite social media platform right now. And I just find it so intriguing and not necessarily frustrating, but it's more

of just a project for me to figure out how it works, how to grow my engagement, how to grow my

following, how to connect with my audience, and how to really generate new people that can

participate in the services that I offer and provide. And so today I'm going to just walk you

through some of the things that are working for me and some things that I practice and that I preach and that I teach in the communities and things that I do for my day-to-day job.
