0:09.5	join me today. We're going to have a unique chat. Today we're talking about our periods. Yep,
0:15.5	the menstrual cycle, the part of what it is to be a woman that we all experience and we're going to talk about it today
0:26.0	maybe from a slightly different perspective. I am learning and growing in my womanhood and my
0:32.0	idea and understanding of how my sexuality links me to the God who made me. And I just want to invite you into this
0:40.7	conversation, maybe with an open mind that you might receive something that you haven't really
0:46.4	thought through before, or maybe you might have an ache deep down inside like I have, that you
0:51.7	hunger for more redemption and discipleship and honor and connectedness in your body
0:57.8	and in your femininity and in your sexuality connecting you back to the God who made you. So
1:05.0	this conversation is about celebrating our menstrual cycle and understanding what it means and how it points us back to the God that we image,
1:15.6	because we are his image bearers, and the menstrual cycle is one way that we actually can see the fingerprints of God within our story.
1:25.6	So it's kind of a unique conversation today and it actually
1:29.1	matters a lot for us and it also matters a lot for our daughters. And so let's pray, God,
1:34.7	this is such a strange conversation to be having and it's strange because we are so unused to being connected to one another on this topic.
1:49.0	It's a little strange also to have it on the internet because we were made for in real life community, Lord.
1:53.0	But this is the best that I have right now. This is the best we can do is to start these conversations.
1:59.0	And I do pray God that this conversation would plant a seed in the heart of each listener that she needs, God, the seed that you know, the seed of healing, the seed of reconciling. And that seed would also be shared with other women so that community can be built from this conversation. a transformational community of sisters and mothers
2:18.7	and daughters and the women of God. So Lord, do something new in our midst. Heal our broken
2:25.6	mindsets, heal our aching bodies, reconnect us to your beauty and your story and your redemption
2:32.4	through what our bodies reveal about you, God.
2:37.1	In Jesus' name, amen.
