There's nothing to be ashamed about. The more we talk about these things, the more

common place they will become. So let's all get comfortable. Let's settle down. And let's just be human.

Now, you may have noticed at the beginning of this program that I introduced the show as Dark

Becomes Light versus the darker side of life. Because when you think about it,

my books and the things that I cover, for the most part, it is about bringing things into the light

into a lighter space to look to the more positive. Yes, these topics that I discuss are put into that

darker side of our lives where we don't always talk about them as I was saying. Bringing it into

the light is the goal. So why not change the whole show title to be exactly what the show is about.

So that's what we all decided to do here at Coast to Coast AM. I think it's a great move and

I hope you enjoy it. I think it reflects more of who I am and where we're going with all of this.
