explain how excited we are to be back in the South and full of energy again, Austin.

A moment that I walked off the plane, I was like, I stretched out a bit and I was like,

oh my god, there's a, like we're out of Yankee territory.

Territory Craig, more faculty belong. I mean, I was born in Yankee territory. You've lived

here longer than you have anything to live with. I've got pretty close. 15 years here.

Okay. And you had 18 years there. Yeah. Flying into Charleston. Charleston, me and your

home base is one of the best home bases I think you can have. Well, there's definitely

something to be said about landing somewhere because I've lived in other places where you

land and you're like, this is not feel like home. This is not feel like home, but when

I land in Charleston every time I'm coming home, then I love it.

It's amazing. And you're 15 minutes from your house. You see the bridges when you're

flying in. We have a one landmark bridge that they actually have the same people that

did the bridge here, did it in Dewey Beach, Delaware, where I'm home. So I have actually

a mini, um, Ravenel bridge in Charleston. It's a European, yeah, whatever. What is the
