Good morning and welcome to our second service on Sunday mornings we have two services, the first

of which is our Bible prophecy update and the second is our verse by verse study through the Word

of God. And we find ourselves today currently in the book of Philemon, actually the epistle.

It's a very short letter and our text today is going to be

verses 8 through 14. We'd encourage you to turn there at this time and join with us.

While you're doing that, I want to mention a couple things. First, this Thursday, instead of our

study through the book of Isaiah, we are going to have a special treat

those of you that were with us first service got to meet jb who's here from japan and so on

Thursday night we're going to have her and i up here so it's going to be jd and jb up here and we're just going to be JD and J.B.

Up here. And we're just going to talk story and she's going to share her testimony. Very powerful testimony. And what God is doing in Japan. She's part of our international

ministry team translates from English to Japanese.

And so I really hope you're able to come and join with us on Thursday night, 7 o'clock, right here in the sanctuary.

And then it will be live streamed at 7.30.

Also, want to give a shout out to the moms and wish you a blessed and happy

Mother's Day. I'm sorry I'm saying it like that, but I know that sometimes Mother's Day can be hard,

especially for those who don't have moms anymore that are not with us or maybe

have a strained relationship with your mom. And so Mother's Day is not necessarily a happy day.

I know, too, that Mother's Day can be hard for would-be mothers who are unable to have children

and Mother's Day can always sort of be a painful day but we do want to celebrate

Mother's Day we want to thank you. Moms I mean if you think about it we couldn't do it without you literally by the way so
