There’s a pretty clear shift happening in today’s consumers. With each passing year, more and more folks are choosing to do business with PEOPLE they know, like and trust as opposed to faceless organizations. When you consider today’s premier brands (Facebook, Amazon, Tesla, etc.), it’s surprising how often you’ll find an individual leading the company who, even outside the business, is a celebrity in their own right. They’ve invested in a personal brand, and it’s paying off in a big way.
In this episode, we lay out how to build and leverage a personal brand. It’s a longterm play, but, mark our words, personal branding will prove to be a huge separator 5-10 years down the line!
