It's really pouring down. There's really pouring down.

There's lightning and so much rain.

It's perhaps for 3.30 in the morning. The children are all of course asleep.

As I speak to you I can see lightning. A lot of lightning. It is very

comfortable in my bed.

I have my lovely pillows and my comforting do not know.

So I've decided to do my Friday journal now at 3.30 in the morning.

I hope that you're well.

I hope that your health is strong. I hope that you're sleeping soundly. I hope that you have loving friends around you. And I hope that you enjoy a hot drink each day. I have had a difficult

wake one of those weeks that changes something in you.

You know when you have those times in life, those, they're like watershed moments.

They kind of change something in you forever.

And I could say, or I may have said some time ago that they change you in a negative way because of the pain.

But I kind of think at my age that with pain there is some strength or some growth.

I'm just going to move around here. some strength or some growth in pain almost like it allows us to reach another level.

But I also know in my life, there has been times, for example, when a very close friend of mine died, where I could not

have heard those words nor could I have stood someone telling me those

words. So if you're listening and you find those words abrasive or hurtful, that is not my intention.

I am simply saying that at this moment, even though I've had a difficult week, and I'll call it difficult

but that is not the word to describe my week.

It has been life changing.

Something has occurred that I can't communicate. It's just too complex and not fair to communicate a complex issue through a simple medium.
