We are going to simply just acknowledge and celebrate the work thus far, which means we're going to slow it down,

because we're always, we're going all the time, and even the asana practices we choose to primarily

partaken are physical, our active. But for this day, I want you to simply just acknowledge and just celebrate and just be right

where you are and all the work you've already done.

And so for today's class, we're going to need a block or a pillow or a book, something

that might just, you might use to just rest your head on in towards the end of

this class. And then a bolster, a mat wrapped with a couple of blankets. I myself just have two mats

rolled as my bolster. So whatever you've got that looks bolster-esque, grab that and then come

back to your mat. And just close your eyes as you take a comfortable seat, just to center ourselves before

we move into the practice.

And as you sit here all that has yet to be done needs to be done the to do list all that you're

worrying about let it go and just be here right now in this present moment.

And in this moment, acknowledge all that you've already done to get to right where you are today.

And I'm not just talking about, think of everything you've done today, I'm talking about

your life story thus far, because often we don't recognize the great expanse of our work,

And then fold your hands on the of our work, of our efforts.

And then fold your hands on top of your heart space and just bow your head for a moment.
