this. It's 2025. We're sitting here in the spring of 2025. And I have to say when it comes

to our real estate business, we say that we sell the

sound. The reason we say that is because our clients are all over the sound. And the cool thing

about having clients all over the sound in the big social media reach that we have is we

understand what's happening in different markets simultaneously.

What we've seen now since COVID, where a lot of people were moving out to bedroom communities and beyond bedroom communities, they're now moving back.

And the reason they're having to move back is because their workplaces are saying,

hey, I need you to come in a couple times a week or three times a

week, or I need you to come in every day this week. And so living on the Olympic Peninsula or living

up on Camado Island or living maybe down past Gig Harbor or living out the I-90 corridor,

out in Winatchie, but your home base is here in Seattle. It's very difficult to do.

Traffic has become a ha, because I'm out driving all over the sound, and I think it's the worst

probably that it is ever been, right? Lots of traps. So what that is done is it's put a lot of pressure
