Oh I've been doing loads of stuff but most of all I've been absolutely loving the

triathlon that was the world sprint triathlon championships at the weekend

Johnny Brownie took it home beating his brother for probably the first kind of semi-proper time when there hasn't been a fall or an illness or something.

He had a great run and even more exciting it was the team triathlon.

Mark but it was super super exciting I didn't watch it actually I missed it I was

at my brother's wedding of course yeah you were well it was really it was really good

and yeah it was super exciting jody Stimson led off for the Brits and I think gave it over to Johnny in about 12th place I think and he on his leg where they was a 300 meter swim, a 5k bike and a 1.2 kilometer run and he got back from 12 to first and that was it.

Helen Jenkins took him further into the lead and Ali Brownlee took it home.

It was an amazing win for in what might be an Olympic discipline in 2016.
