let's let's start out with guessing, I guess, what country or state is a parallel to another one?

You know, what US state would you call Iraq's U.S. peril and you know additionally what

US state slash region because I'm making a bit more complicated would you you

you know define in the U.S. as the Balkans and to make it even even more complicated and

spicy what country anywhere in the world doesn't have to be Europe would be closest

to JT's Texas and no you cannot just say more white racist Mexico.

Okay well I thought about this a little bit over the years and there's a case to be made of I think that the

Balkans is in the United States Middle West generally and specifically the one the one like

one-to-one parallel I feel pretty good about is that Ohio is Serbia.

Oh fuck it that was going to be my reaction to. I didn't have the Ohio bit, but yeah,

absolutely Midwest. You're never going to find people from there who agree on what

constitutes the Midwest. Who are the true Midwest? Yeah.
