All the devices you've just seen have one thing in common. They're controlled by

miniature electronic networks. Networks so small, their anatomy cannot be seen

by the naked eye. But you ask who cares how many transistors can be squeezed into

tiny places you can't see. How does that affect me or let me assure you? It is

one of the most significant ideas of our time. It will affect changes in what we do

from day-to-day in ways we're only beginning to see and understand.

Yes, through the miracle of transistors, they even use those anymore. That seems

like old-timey technology. Through the miracle of science in some fashion, you
