Good morning and welcome to another exciting edition of BTL Bass Talk Live where we are going

to talk about bass fishing. January has absolutely flown by.

I cannot believe that is January 23rd already.

We are less than two weeks away from everything kicking off.

We got invitations, we got BPT, we got Toyota Series, we got Bass Master Lead Series,

we got it all kicking off. Good week the rest of this week too. Kevin Rogers on

tomorrow, Cropby Guru turned Bass Fishing of Fish Yenato, and he is going to fish the

NPFL and the MLF invitations this year, and we will also ask him what is going on with

the NPFL. But really good guest today, a dude that won his first tournament, it was the

first tournament that I ever covered for Bass Zone and Mark Jeffries back in the day,

and it was Casey Ashley's first Elite Series win. What's up Casey, how are you doing?

Good, so that would have been 2007.

It was a long time ago.

Smith Mountain, I remember that tournament, I remember that tournament very fondly because

it was the, like I said, the first tournament I have ever covered with Mark Jeffries,

and I remember Dean Rojas was in the pure later boat. He was skipping a frog under trees,

and it was the loudest frog bite I've ever heard in my life when one of them hit it,
