We can't wait to chat with you about everything you've got going on but to start us off can you please introduce yourself to our listeners?

Of course so my name is Macharva

aka Mack for all of you who don't know me in real life.

Career-wise, I'm a strategy consultant.

I have a relatively full-time role there.

I work across a number of different industries,

finance, health care, and education for almost 20 years.

And my clients are largely a good mix of those. Creatively I am a co-founder for So

altered style I started that in January of 2018 also a co-founder of meatmakers of color which is a new of Lou, Harper Plus Lou, um, dot com.

Oh, and then of course I'm a wife and a mom to two little's.
