I remember going out on Thanksgiving a couple years ago,

and our friend Anne was looking for a home.

And we said, hey, best time to do it is from Thanksgiving.

Between Thanksgiving and January 15th, let's jump on this thing.

We found an incredible home, an incredible home down south. And we went and we wrote on that house on Thanksgiving Day and we landed that house. That house, if it would have got to offer a view, it would have six, seven offers. We were the only offer. We were very pushy. The real estate agent was up skiing. He didn't want to present it legally in Washington state you have to present it

and we just put some pressure on them because we offered a little more than we're asking and we said hey

these are our terms we waived lots of stuff because it's a great house we went and had it inspected

and the next thing you know uh in fact she's still living in this house today she reached out out the other day and said, hey, I have, I have someone that I need you to talk to

because they're looking to buy a home here as well.

So if you're an investor, if you're a buyer, someone that is selling this time of year

needs to sell.
