Summary
Ever wonder what "Bhakti Yoga" is? In this class, we abbreviate a bit of the physical work you probably will do in a "Bhakti" class. We work on a short chant, we warm the body with some simple flow, and create space to open our hearts. This quick intro will allow the student to step into a practice rooted in spirituality and service and offers the potential to carry a light heart as they face their day.
