And so everything we talk about here is really to inspire and instill motivation from within.

That's in every room I walk into.

And if you follow me on Snapchat, that's even in my house,

even though Scott and I are ridiculously out of control most of the time.

But it's about being real, and that's what today is about.

So I say that to say, you can ask any question. I just ask

that if someone shares something in this room, we keep it in here. You know, we keep it as a

family, be open. But I only have one rule really, which is if you ask a question that you must
