I'm really excited to hang out with you all.

I feel lucky that I've gotten to connect with Devica and Cody a couple weeks ago,

and then know and admire very much, Adam Patel, who I hope you know as well.

And we're very excited to be doing a human DX case again today. As you all know,

in these cases, David Kohn, Cody, and I are completely blinded to the case. And the case is

And Anand, please take us away into the case. All right. So starting with Aliquot 1. An 83-year-old woman with acute myeloid leukemia

presents with six weeks of worsening fatigue and weight loss. She endorses a dry cough over this time period.
