Look, if you're on any social media at all,

Instagram included, like any social media at all, you know this.

People can get real mad real fast.

That's how it happens.

There's this verse, though, that a lot of Christian believers

memorize half of in its 1st Peter 315.

It talks about, be ready to give an answer to everyone who ask you to give the reason for the hope you have.

So that's half the verse and the rest of it is and this is where the social media thing comes in and particularly says,

but do this with gentleness and respect. So if you want to weigh in on stuff, do it with gentleness and respect,

which I have failed at times for sure to do that.

I mentioned this on Twitter and then a guy named Jake followed up.

He said, I love this.

It's also, he said, I've had people use this verse to convince me.

I need some sort of one minute testimony memorized to witness to people when actually this verse

just says everyone asks you to give the reason.

The reason is Jesus.

Simple enough.
