many questions to answer in this episode.

We have got a lot to cover. I wanted to start off just by giving a quick life update because you

know I always love to keep you in the loop and everything that's going on in Kara World and

Champaign Diet universe and all that good stuff. I'm like totally an oversharer, but it's always, I think, for the benefit, I love to kind of share what I'm going through and hope to motivate or inspire or just connect with you guys a little bit deeper. I think it's one thing to, you know, give you guys tips and strategies and help you with mindset and coaching, but it's like a whole other thing to really open up my life to you all and I love doing

that and I love when you guys open up to me in our Facebook group Slay baby so I really just wanted

to fill you in so there's a lot going on I think a lot of you guys know that I'm in the process

of moving I've been talking about it on a couple of episodes and I found an apartment. I'm so excited. Oh my gosh. Okay,

so I grew up in Brooklyn and if you live in New York City and you grew up in one of the five

boroughs, you know what a big deal it is to move to Manhattan. It's like the holy grow.

Like once you move to Manhattan, it's like you've made it. You're in. You feel good. It's not easy to do. It's expensive and it's a lot of work and it's just, it's a bigger process, I think, personally, than like finding an apartment in Brooklyn, for example. And I live in Bay Ridge now. So I'm kind of out there. It's a really beautiful neighborhood. I live in a cute apartment, but I've just been here for way too long. So I'm really excited. I made the decision to move this year.

I was actually, I was kind of thinking, like, maybe I'll put it off for another year, but then I

really took some of my own advice. And I was like, Kara, what are you waiting for? Like,

why? What is going to change in a year that you can't do now? Like, sometimes you just got to jump
