series. Today, we start with barriers because when we are exhausted, overextended, over-stimulated, our bodies are not receptive to the good gifts of longings, desire, and intimacy that God has given us.

my family got slammed with COVID. So I feel like my voice is still recovering

a little scratchy, but I'm hoping that you'll bear with me because I feel something stirring

in my spirit and I really wanted to be able to share it with you and bring you into a conversation

that I think might be in God's heart for us.

It's not necessarily a new conversation or revelatory or unique to me and this podcast.
