Everybody was really depressed that it didn't snow around. It is a lot of concerns here.

And now that we've kind of experienced some snow

and some below 20 degree weather, everybody is bemoaning that it's snowing in below 20 degrees.

So that's kind of the, that is the landscape and the mentality right now.

You know what's funny, RE offices?

I realized I was at an academic conference earlier this week and people in academia use the word office as a verb.

As in I office there.

Yeah, I office in Jennings Hall. I used to office in the library.

Is this a real, is this a thing that people do in real life, Barnabas?

Well, in the business world you can turn anything into a verb.

You just, there's things like incentivize, which I'm not even sure is a real word you know
