0:19.0	In this episode, we're going to continue our look at the Norman settlement of England.
0:23.6	We'll explore the events leading to the death of William the Conqueror, and we'll look
0:27.8	at the reign of his son and namesake William Rufus.
0:31.9	The story of William's succession is also the story of a sibling rivalry.
0:36.7	William's three sons fought with each other and even with their father for control of the
0:40.5	Anglo-Norman Kingdom.
0:42.6	But one thing that William and all of his sons had in common was a love for hunting, and
0:48.7	the importance of hunting is a constant theme in this story.
0:52.4	In fact, hunting was so prominent and so important that it gave the English language lots of
0:57.7	words and phrases, and many of those words and phrases may surprise you.
