0:23.4	enforcement that I'm talking with and doing interviews with but this particular
0:27.5	gentleman really caught me as somebody who is really genuine, has a great story to tell and I think you will all really benefit from his words today.

0:59.6	in the day and the life and what it is that we do.
1:04.0	And I spoke with this officer last week and it was funny because I was just going to get a five
1:11.1	minute phone call because he wasn't really sure he wanted to do it.
1:13.6	And it was so funny because that turned into a wonderful long discussion and we were able to talk about
1:18.4	lots of different things.
1:20.5	And I really saw him come out of his shell just in that phone call and it's great because he does have so much to share and it's funny I do notice with cops you kind of have this like you know standoffish vibe kind of at the beginning which I think is sort of part of the job and so it's so nice to be able to get past all that and like delve into important questions
1:40.6	delve into what's below the surface.
1:43.7	And I've had lots of officers really get a chance to open up.
1:46.8	It almost feels like in a way that they don't do often, if at all.
1:51.4	And so this has been really fulfilling for me as well.
