It may look bleak now, England, but don't worry, Arsenal will be back in the Champions League

next season to save your reputation.

My name is Alex Fiddick-Blockman, Twitter Yankee Gunner, that's right.

No English sides prevailed in the Champions League this week, but that's something that I'm

sure will be corrected next season as the rightful Champions League placeholders Arsenal will

be there to represent, to show out.

It's so weird, once upon a time we felt so entitled to be in the competition, and now

it feels so foreign.

I believe it's been six years is it that we've not been in it, and through this whole

title challenge, our focus has been the title, and it should stay the title, and rightfully

so.

But watching the Champions League this week, I did get just a little twinkle, just a little

tingle of excitement for being back in it, and I'm curious to hear what the guys have

to say about that.

Talk a little bit today about the treatment sack it gets from the refs, because everybody

unanimously gives us feedback that they love referee conversations, so that'll be fun.

Talk a little bit about Smith Row, Viera, the Europa League coming up, how good our city

actually, maybe how bad our Liverpool actually, all things that we can cover, in a relatively

quiet week, and when you win and you win the way we did, and the mood is high, and there's

no midweek football for us, and there's midweek football for others, tends to be a fairly

quiet week around Arsenal, and we will take it.
