It is day 77 after the election, 11 weeks.

And we have just a few hours left in the presidency of Donald Trump.

The litigation count stands at 1 out of 65 cases that Donald Trump won. That case got him

no votes. The insurrection count stands at one case at the United States Capitol and unfortunately more

in state capitals as well. Now, the insurrectionists that were busted after last week's attack

are arguing that Donald Trump should pardon them.

They're saying, look, we had your back, now you should have ours.

Sources close to the administration tonight are saying that Trump is not going to issue any

sort of blanket pardon because it would play poorly at his impeachment trial.

It may have taken 1,457 days, but it looks like finally a few Trump supporters have figured

out who their president actually is.

A number of GOP leaders, including Mike Pence, are expected to skip tomorrow's 8 a.m.
