Well thank you as always for being here.

It is a bit unusual of course having an R-Scast on a Wednesday but this is a strange kind

of week with Christmas coming up at the weekend so I thought it would be good to do a show

today.

Talk about our enjoyable 5-1 win over Sunnalland in the Carabao Cup last night.

Some interesting bits and pieces to come out of that which then gives me a couple of

days of sort of downtime heading into Christmas to do all the bits and pieces, go to the airport

to collect my daughter, do the shopping, get things ready etc. etc.

Because while for many Christmas is a time where you've got some holiday, some time

off work, this loads of football so it doesn't stop on our Splog and we will have all the

match coverage for you, reports and live blogs and player ratings and all that kind of

crack but just to get the podcast out today I'm going to have a couple of days off.

In terms of the podcast schedule over the coming days we're going to do something on the

27th on Patreon, we'll do a sort of review preview podcast with Lewis that will be available

for our Patreon members and for everyone else we're going to have an R-Scast extra the

day after the wolves game which is on the 28th so that's going to be on the 29th so we'll

have an R-Scast extra myself and James for you on the 29th.

So that's the reason for this particular R-Scast today which I'm going to get pretty

much straight on with, I'll be back after this conversation with a few final thoughts.
