Do you think Congress is developing a conscience? Oh my, renegade nation, my listeners from all over the

globe, not so fast. How could a conscience come to Congress only if it has a part to play?

So how can that happen?

Well, we are exploring the conscience that we know exists in all of us as human being, except when you can use that conscience to engineer

the outcome you desire. When you become the elite power group in the land.

You're going to see to it that whatever your conscience says,

that's the way it will play out.

So my audience, the top three candidates in the California governor's race are proving that the engineering isn't working for the

Democrats. The polls are showing that some of the Democrats in the large primary field are gaining

support. However, and that's a big if,

the election were held today,

two Republicans would likely advance to the runoffs,

shutting Democrats out.

In the state of California,

the land of born Democrats? You're out if you're not one.

Well, well, well. The Democratic candidates are showing to be trailing to Republican candidates in the gubernatorial primary, scheduled for June.

A mere less than 30 days, less than 60 days off. So under California's voting system, the top two vote getters in the primary will proceed to the general election in
