Jake Gerrietta. What's happening? How are you? Good. Good weekend for you. Mine was busy.

A lot of people in for an early Christmas with some family. A lot of pressure to make good food for

everybody, but it went smooth. First Friday, Turkey ever. Big story in Mount Juicy.

Big story line near me. Yeah, I highly recommend a Friday, Turkey to anybody that's never

never done one. I watch probably 50 YouTube videos. Making sure I don't do it, do it dangerously.

There's like 4,200 fires a year from people for iron turkeys. I didn't want to be a statistic.

You know, checked all the boxes. Made sure I did everything by the book and it turned out,

turned out so good. So good. So highly recommended. Nothing wrong with a roasted turkey or smoked

turkey on the tray or the green egg, but I think I think fried turkey has to be number one.

Has to you ever had fried turkey? No, I haven't had it. My house is we prejudice our birds

into the oven. I try to get the bird out of the oven one time. My mother got so mad. So now we do

two birds at my house. We do one on the green egg in the garage with the boys. I put my

mom's like, no, you're not taking my, you are not taking my smells. So it's not a one thing. She

likes to roast other ones. She wants kind of old school. Yeah, it fills the house with the aroma.
