she wasn't asking for $37 million as a punitive damages award. Because this was a court of equity, this is about fairness.

It's how can New York be made whole for the fraud and that was perpetuated against it and the losses that have been incurred by New York businesses?

So this was based on calculations of how Trump essentially unfairly

enriched himself through his fraud. And so the amount that was being awarded is a calculation of the unjust

enrichment to Trump and basically disgorging him of those profits and giving it back to New York
