Hope you're well, hope everything is okay with you and yours wherever you are.

It's all right here.

It's fine, I'm just back in from, well, something terrible unfortunately.

A run.

Within the last hour I have returned from running.

With my own feet, my own legs going down the road, wishing I never started getting too far

away to give up, thinking about walking the rest of the way to the end point and not doing

it and driving on, going through the pain bar, no, I didn't do any of that.

I just kind of shuffled along like an old bastard hating every stride of my run.

But hopefully, you know, I might get some benefit out of it somewhere down the line.

I don't know where that might be.

Maybe at five a.m. tomorrow I'll have an extra zip of pace and, oh, am I kidding, I never

had any pace in my life.

Anyway, it's the first, no, second week now into off season.

Not a great deal has been happening in terms of transfers and stuff like that.

Things may pick up next week when the, when the window actually opens.

So who knows what might be happening.

There's been some, some talk of some players coming in a little bit about players going

out, but so far it's been dead quiet.

It's been dead quiet really.
