My name is Dennis Benino, and today I have with me a great human being,

one of our newer instructors at the company teaching firearms training the man the myth the legend the operator

Thanks for having so today we're gonna talk about well we haven't done anything we're going to talk about, but I think

we could start off with maybe a little bit of Rich's bio, the 60 to 90 seconds to explain who he is and what he's doing.

So I have 14 years full-time law enforcement,

seven as a firearms instructor.

Currently I am the senior firearms instructor from my agency so I'm in charge of all

firearms training use of force training things like that in my agency so that's been

the last seven years I also teach Taser and O.C. and defensive tactics and

baton and all that all that fun stuff. I also did eight years with the county

SWAT team. So I was a team leader with the team for a couple of years, got promoted to the

to the entry team for a couple years, separated recently, but was a CQB instructor active shooter instructor you know the firearms

instructor for the team as well so got got to do a lot in the last eight years

it's it's been good now before you us, there were things you were doing with firearms training, right?
