Des Moines. We talk about U.S. men's soccer. The US beat Ecuador 1-0 in Orlando on Thursday night. It was not for the most part a

match that quickened the pulse, but the U.S. out-possessed Ecuador, a respectable South American opponent, 62 to 38.

And Berhalter now has three games and three wins since taking over the national team.

We face Chile on Tuesday.

But first, let's glean what we can

from this friendly. Greg how are you? Bells I think I'm happier than maybe a lot of

other US fans are I feel like a lot of the reaction to the game was sort of a ho-hum, almost like a boredom from that performance.

But I enjoyed it. I enjoyed watching a like totally control a game. We may not have pounded the goal

of shots but I don't think there's any question that we were the aggressor.

Yeah no doubt about that we were the aggressor. Yeah, no doubt about that. We were the better team.

So... Must be said, Ecuador were very willing to be aggressed.

Yeah, what's the opposite of aggressive?

Passive. They were passive. Yeah, what's the opposite of aggressive, passive?

They were passive, to say the least.

Let's quick run through the lineup, see if anything surprised us.

It was Sean Johnson and Gull, Tim Reem at Leftback, and he was the captain.

John Brooks and Aaron Long were the centerbacks.

Tyler Adams was the famous inverted right back. And then Will Trap at the six, Pulisik and McKinney at the eights slash Tens,

and then Morris and Ariola on the wings with Zardis up top. Were you surprised by anything? Is there anything worthy of comment here?

No, I think thanks to Berthalter's transparency, we were pretty confident in most of the picks and the Morris
