| 0:11.0 | And welcome to this 61st episode, I think, of Clemen and The Geek. |
| 0:19.8 | Yeah, you guys didn't see that, of course, but John just, like, grabbed the mic off the stand, like he was Neil Diamond or something like that. Well, it's too low. The stand is too low. It was funny. You did it, like, with a certain flare, like, that really cracked me out. If ever we were going to invest in new equipment, the first piece of equipment, well, probably is a new app because the app isn't working on the iPhone 5 that I've got. But the second thing that we're probably going to have to invest is higher mic stands. Let's get like the comedy club mics where they're just on a full stand, you know, like you seem to be comfortable sort of leaning over. That's my natural state. I am not comfortable leaning into the mic. I don't like leaning into the mic. Plus, you know, we are at The Butcher and the Boar. John got me downtown again. I'm kind of on a bench, which is about an inch higher, inch or two higher than the CTR. So I feel like a commanding presence here. I'm going to be a little cockier than usual. Great. That's what I need. You want to set the scene here? Yeah, we're outside on the patio, I guess. This is our first outdoor podcast. False. We did one three weeks ago at Kieran's outside. Oh, you're right. Oh, you're right. We've done a couple of them, I think. Well, no, I think that was the first one. Yeah, well, I might be right, because we started when it was already bad weather. |
| 1:30.2 | Right, right, right, that's true. |
| 1:31.6 | I don't think we did any last fall. |
| 1:33.5 | No. |
| 1:34.5 | But, yeah, so we're outside. |
| 1:35.5 | It is Sunday evening. |
| 1:39.2 | It's evening earlier than night? |
| 1:40.8 | I was going to say Sunday night. |
| 1:42.4 | Yeah, it's a much earlier than night. |
| 1:44.0 | Sunday evening. I didn't even a much earlier than night. Sunday evening. |
| 1:45.0 | I didn't even go as far as late afternoon. |
| 1:47.0 | The twins just blew a 1-0-0 lead and lost to the Tigers, as if anybody really cares at this point. Nobody does. I mean, the Tigers care. I care a little bit. Did you? Were you watching that game? No, I wasn't watching it. So that's how much you care about. |
| 1:58.0 | You were four blocks from the ballpark. |
| 2:00.2 | You would have been on the TV. |
| 2:01.2 | I would have watched it. |
| 2:01.9 | Yeah, you were four blocks. |
| 2:02.8 | I was a little busy this afternoon. |
| 2:04.4 | Yeah, I care about it. You were four blocks from the ballpark. You would have been on the TV. |
| 2:01.3 | I would have botched it. |
