Hey you guys happy Friday welcome to episode 609 of the Ron and Don show it's one

segment usually it's about 15- minutes, and we just talk about a deal that maybe we've been involved in.

In fact, we're talking today about a deal that just closed.

I think it was yesterday.

What we learned from it and maybe, well, try to share some things that maybe can help you if you're thinking about buying, if you're thinking about selling, if you're thinking about investing.

Those are the kind of things that we talk about when we come up

the strategy during Rondon sit down. I will say this now doing it's hard to

believe we've been real estate agents now for about a half a decade. It's been

that long that flows me away. We've been involved in real estate though for an awful long time.

And I will have to say before we jump in here that as far as the agents go that I meet, they say that 20% of the agents out there do all the business

and the other 80% just happen to have their license hung somewhere. I have to

say out of that 20% though I'm impressed with about 5% of those agents.
