Absolutely. Well, thanks for having me, number one. So I, early in my career, I was a deputy

sheriff and then I became a state probation and parole officer in the state of Virginia.

During that time, I qualified for the U.S. karate team.

So just kind of through osmosis, I began to train a lot of police

officers and that got me really interested in in police work even more on a higher level,

I guess you would say.

And I ended up getting a position

as a United States probation and pretrial services officer.
