Today I have with me, actually one of my dear friends,

who I didn't start out as friends with him but grew into a friendship as we progressed on.

I was introduced to him by a friend of mine who said to me, hey, who are you using financial planning and I think you should talk to this guy and I was

using the same guy that everybody else was using the guy who came into the muster room

bought us 10 pizzas four bottles of soda and the people next to me who were more senior said hey kid

fill this whole thing out put as much as you can into deferred comp and when you retire you'll have a

million dollars like me and it's very interesting how many people I've recommended and referred to the person that I'm about to introduce

And they've come back and gotten so much more to their stuff straight and have just a better

Understanding of what they need to do as far as planning goes.

And I don't think we'd be complete as a law enforcement training podcast without

of these things about why it's so important.
