So each box that is 65 pounds costs $160 to send, yeah.

But the box wasn't filled with toys and gadgets and a cardigan for dad.

It had cornmeal and rice, aspirin, rubbing alcohol, bandages.

Because Venezuela is in the midst of an incredible economic crisis,

and Francisco's relatives can no longer afford the most basic necessities.

Bill talked with his friends about how things got so bad in Venezuela and what they're doing to help.
