Robcasts this year. Now all sorts of things going on. This episode is an interview I did with

Alexander Shia about the Christmas story and how the first century first audience of the gospel

Christmas story would have heard the story and when you hear it just and if you've heard the other

interviews I've done with Alexander just I don't even know what to say it's just so profound and

the insights there I think for many of you it'll be like a whole new way to see and understand

the Christmas story so I'm going to roll that interview in a minute but first a couple things going

on I assume a lot of you will be traveling here and there over the holidays so we're going to

unload a bunch of interviews I've got a whole bucket of interviews we're going to put a bunch of

them out in the next week or two and then there are more interviews coming I have all these interviews

lined up for the new year that's unbelievable who we're going to get to talk to just unbelievable there's

a lot of interesting people in the world which you probably already knew so all sorts of interesting

interviews coming and then this podcast will release on a Monday the Monday before Christmas and

Monday night I'm doing my show at Largo which is a club here in LA and I'm going to do a show

called a revolutionary Christmas again I want to give you a completely new way to think about Christmas

now a lot of you don't live in Los Angeles obviously and you've been like well that's really nice

you're doing that but so here's what we're going to do we're going to we're going to record it I assume

we'll get a good recording of it and then as soon as we can on Tuesday our goal is to put

the live recording of the Largo show up on my website robbell.com for like a five dollar download

and then what I want to do is give all of that money to charity water all the tickets from the

Largo show we're giving to charity water to drill wells so people can get water who need it because

water changes everything but then a bunch of you are like yeah but we don't live there so we want
