Welcome to Courtside, the discussion of Donald Trump and, well, the mess he's in. It's day 70. That's right. A full

10 weeks ago, we had the election. And when we started this journey, I think we knew it would be somewhat

cray-cray. I didn't think we thought it would be this cray-cray. A bunch of things happened today.

So going back to court sides' roots,

which are, of course, litigation, the Trumpistas dismissed their case in Michigan today,

bringing the Trump record to one out of 65 cases that they want. One case, which got them

zero votes. This is, ladies and gentlemen, the worst litigation performance of any litigant, any team,

anywhere, I think in American history.

I certainly never seen anything like it.

Making matters worse, the leader of Team Cracken, Lynn Wood, had been hoping to advise Trump advisor Carter Page in the Delaware

lawsuit. But yesterday, a federal judge revoked his privileges to do so because of his, quote,

toxic stew of mendacity, prevarication, and surprising incompetence. I don't know if he was saying that about Trump or

Lynn Wood. The judge cited a number of Wood's insane tweets as well as the events of January 6th.

The judge wrote, quote, there is no doubt these tweets and many other things incited these riots.

And outside of court, Trump traveled today to Texas to show off

his failed wall. It's nice that Donald Trump thinks he can distract us from his incompetence and

failures by reminding us that he, a self-described real estate mogul, couldn't even manage to build a wall

in four years. I'm still waiting

for Mexico to pay for it. Anyway, he flew to Texas with his lap dog, Senator Lindsey Graham. Now, true,

true. Lindsay Graham last week did say, enough is enough. I've tried to be helpful. But, you know,

whatever that minor four-second break from Donald
