So before we get started we wanted to thank everyone who left us reviews. Especially those

reviews on iTunes and Podbean they were especially nice so we appreciate that. Oh we always do

and I really live for the reviews whether or not they're good or bad I still enjoy them because

we can learn from them. I agree we definitely try to take it in stride and not so personally like we

used to in the beginning. I mean five stars is always great. Five stars guys. Five stars. That

definitely helps. And again like we always say we couldn't be more thankful for our listeners out

there. We really think that and feel like we have the best listeners in the world because you guys

are so supportive and we love talking to you. So again if you ever want to reach out to us you could

do so on Instagram or Twitter. We don't really have a Facebook page because when I tried to start one

for some reason it was suggesting because I guess I follow former students on my personal

Instagram page. It was requesting like it was my former students were popping up on the Facebook.

So I was like oh my god let me just delete this thing. That's not working out too well. So that's

really the reason we don't have a Facebook page is because I still have to stay kind of as anonymous

as possible. Yeah and Cognito. Yes. So again we just want to remind listeners to submit their
