We're going to talk about what happens when the plan is no longer good. And so you come into, it could be a game plan, could be a season plan. But this is honestly, I really love this topic because this is coaching. You know, I've been doing this for 25 years and I've had a whole

bunch of plans. Some have gone good. Some have gone bad, but usually never go exactly as you

plan. And I remember we were doing an episode, you know, a couple years back and you're like,

team's planning to and it just doesn't go how you expected. And so coaches are going to have to adjust. You're going to have to change. You're going to have to evolve. I mean, and I could go on and on, Sam, like with the landscape of sports these days. And people are like, well, how do you change your game plan? I think you have to almost change it every single year. Like I'll just talk college for a second. Then I want you to talk about, you know, youth, middle school and high school. But like, they were talking about giving Jukos not counting anymore. The big talk right now is the NCAA, they think, is about to add a fifth year of eligibility to everybody. Leonard Hamilton is getting sued by five of his players for $250,000 in the NAL money that wasn't being paid. Jim Laronaga just stepped away from the game. Jay Wright walked away. You know, Tony Bennett, like, go on and on because those things are changing so fast, the NIL and going through. You're watching the college football right now and everyone's

2:00.9

talking about we're still playing and everybody's recruiting our players you know Boise State and people
