the podcasters put into quality of their show, you know?

We are greatly underappreciated. That's for sure.

I don't know. You know how it is when you set something up and you're like, oh, yeah, you just need to get your microphone source, get your, you know,

monitoring, headphone source. It's a skill. It's a learned skill that they don't teach you tools.

But I mean, you know, it isn't like every time we want to listen to a podcast, we have to like realign our entire stack.

You just plug stuff in and it works or like you pick up the phone and they can hear your voice.

Anyway, it's just sometimes, um, I'm not going to blame Apple for this because they've done such great work at making things easy,

but sometimes it's a little too smart.

And sometimes I'm a little too dumb and that together is a bad combination and I have to keep telling it. No, no, this is the microphone and this is the headphones this time.

But in any case, I'm here. Unfortunately, some of my preparation time that I usually spend, uh, got spent on, A, trying to cool off my house and B, trying to get audio up and running.
