I tell you what I have been before we get on to Olympic chit-chat because of course that is going to dominate the show this week as the Tokyo

2020 slash 2021 Olympic Games have kicked off we'll talk more about what we've been watching and what we've enjoyed in the show. But just this week before we do, before we hear from the founder of If you Road, Bill Byrne, telling us more about the brand and some of their things he loves

and things about the If the Road product range, I have been dropping the wetsuit.

Oh yeah, what is that about?

What does that mean?

Oh, you mean you haven't been wearing the wetsuit?

Yes, that doesn't mean I've been swimming commando like which would be a bit much but I do feel the cold dear.

I do feel the cold. I'm the sort of person who need a blanket on my knees when I normally go to the beach unless it's 30 degrees.

And hot thermus. And yeah, well, and swimming in the sea, I usually get like freezing to the core after about 20 minutes.

And in the winter, it's really cold, so I put on, know big fat wetsuit loads layers underneath and swim but in the summer the sea's getting a little bit warmer

And so I attempted a swim without by wetsuit like in you know like just a small swimming suit yes not
