Welcome to the hardwood hustle. Sam and I here.

And today we're going to talk about your approach, your approach as a coach towards your

opponent, towards your players, towards other teams, how your tone matters.

If you were to just step back and observe yourself like you were in a movie and somebody was watching you coach

how would you come across i think sometimes we're just way off on this but if we had that

somebody was filming our life and we could watch it like something like hard knocks have you

ever seen that on on uh i don't know it's HBO or whatever where they film the football teams right

or they've gone behind the scenes with different, you know, the Juko football team or the

basketball team or whatever.

What if somebody was filming you every single day in those interactions?

And here's what I got to thinking about.

I read an article about the Vikings football coach.

Kevin O'Connell is the name, I think, and it talks about how he's

the quintessential modern NFL coach. Like, he's what the NFL is going to have as a coach.

Some people kind of say maybe like Sean McVeigh or, you know, they've mentioned some different

people where it seems to be kind of like a little bit of a younger guy that kind of like speaks the language.

I don't even think it's necessarily a younger guy.

I just think it's somebody that, in the article it hints to somebody that's more laid back.
