How does culture and leadership tie into X's and O's? That's right. How do culture,

leadership, and X's and O's all come together? And here's the situation. You know,

coaches listening, you may have a player or players in your program who aren't fully buying into the

system, maybe fully buying into their role. And for your team to really come close to

maximizing your potential, you're going to need them to do just that. Maybe our offense isn't

running the way it should. And we sometimes think we need to run better drills, Graham and TJ,

or be more crisp with our execution. And that could be true.

But in reality, the main problem isn't about that. It's about a player or players within the system not fully bought in.

I mean, when we began PGC coaching, we, you know, the original

name was key five because we talked about how, you know, five different things that we spent

a lot of time diving into is, you know, systems and strategies is really important, player

development, leadership, culture, and master teaching. And if any one of those five things struggles, you know, you can run great offense and defense, but, you know, there's a culture, leadership problem in your program. You're likely to underachieve, you know, and you could have a great culture and leadership. Everybody loves each other, but you're not running the right stuff offensively and that can cause a problem. And it's really, you know, one of those things and it's what's
