T.J. and Sam with you today.

We're going to talk about kind of two topics in one.

And T.J. I want to start with this quote from Don Meyer, which will trigger things off

for us.

And it's, you know, Don Meyer said,

coach every practice like you lost your last game.

And what that really means to me and then,

you know,

turn it to you is like,

are we going to practice as coaches every day like we lost our last game?

Even if we've won seven in a row or three of our last four,

we're playing

really well. The point is when you lose a game as a coach, you're a little more focused. You're a little

more attention to detail. You're a little more, you know, holding the standard higher. And sometimes

when we win, we relax. That's human nature. We get complacent.

Then the second piece of this, TJ, is we all got to think about that moment of truth in the season.
